ok so im currently lv 162 (will be 170 in 3-4 days) what 4 rings should i use-btw from android so im restricted from some items

Well it depends what kind of mage you are... fire, ice, h2h, support, etc.

Stick with a royal atunement ring at least, maybe a grand as well if you have an empty ring slot. Try to get some silverweb firebolt/iceshards ring(depending if you are an ice or fire mage). Eshield/firestorm/iceblast rings can prove usefull as well. As long as those are royals or higher.

I gotta say these event rings are pretty beast they help alot with your chance to hit and increases your dmg i use a imperial one with a grand necro ring adds 1k firemagic helps a ton i usually u like some kind of garanak ring for 3rd if i need energy and dps shrive if im gonng be taking dmg i use iron inless im support with lures and for 4th i usea skill ring or another garanak and this words pretty good for me and about the attunement rings use a bolt one if yours isnt max yet but idk about attunement if u die right after u cast it your stuck with a ring u wont be using its like have a frost bite ring and your a fire mage lol at least until attunement recharges
