#2It massively increases damage output of anyone who uses a dagger/spear/bow/trident.

#4Tbh it's a must use for any boss fight. Excellent if your training with a rogue or ranger also

#6About 60-80% of the endgame have it.....awesome for grp lvling, powering alt, bossing.....I'd wait until tower floor 3 to put pts into it tho
