If this is for a non-hot-swap and attune is not maxed, the attune ring, otherwise the bolt ring.
But definitely try and hotswap if you can.

Yes, hotswapping would be best.

But if I had to pick one, I'd go with bolt, unless you already have bolt at 50/35
