Hey Fellow mages umm I think that we should have a cloak of ice spell that is similar to cloak of fire. I think this because some mobs (example: firelight wisps) have high fire resistant so fire cloak does ok but a ice cloak would be used for them.

The fire wisps have high resistance, but cloak still does damage. I usually just cast lure to help out.

Most MMOs I've played have areas where Mob resistances make killing things har for mages. Best options are to find an effective way to manage, or find different mobs to kill that aren't resistant.

I personally never spent time killing red wisps, i was killing boars and fairies to lvl up
Now if i cast a lure on the red wisps, i can do the same dmg than if i was attacking a training dummy

I mean for cold damage cause I just think it would be a Interesting skill that does cold damage per tick since ice shards has a pretty long reload time compared to fire bolt

Fire cloak, ice cloak, AND incinerate... that would give mages 3 DoT spells. If a mage dumped points into these alone, it would make him a bit overpowered... Nice try but I personally think that 2 DoT spells sounds a bit OP. 3 would make you invincible.
