I'd have to agree with recuperate

Recuperate gives you a free 8 sigils, why not use it? This is pretty much essential and isnt as useless as distract which has NO effect on aggro.

My vote is spring of life. Whats sad is that it has already undergone changes since it was originally introduced and its still totally useless.

+1 that energy... plus most people just respawn by the time I cast it

Pummel kinda sucks unless you got insane equipment to match it with giant swing but typically in most cases pummel is most useless for warrior -.-
