I can already emulate a ps2 on my Wii and the current iPhone is only a little less than 2x clock.
I see this as a close future. There are already AIO chipsets with more throughput than the ps3 and higher secure buss speeds as well.
All that's really needed is a die-shrink and a generous increase in battery potential.

Next xbox info got leaked that it can run graphics in real time better then avatar the movie and also have 3d capability and 1080p.

Only if AMD/ATI wins the contract for the graphics system...
nVidia might take the contract if their next generation of GPUs show enough improvement in their CUDA core count and performance.

I just hope they give the contract to the team with the higher performance device and not the one with a lower cost.
I don't want a repeat of what happened with the 360.
At the time of design bidding for the 360, nVidia's design roughly would have had a 33% higher throughput at a 10% price increase in cost per graphics unit. Microsoft decided to go with ATI since it was a little cheaper.

Now that AMD/ATI is the current leader for non-enthusiast grade GPU performance, I would consider them a good choice, but nVidia has almost never been outdone when it comes to extremely high performance custom and dedicated product design. I mean, look at their Quadro and Tesla series...

Considering the level that technology is evolving at, a portable device with PS3 processing could literally be around 5-10 years away.
