If I go to sleep at 9 pm my parents complain I wake up to "early". If I go to sleep at 5 in the morning my parents complain I was up all night. If I go to sleep at midnight they complain...... I honestly. Don't understand my situation please give me some ideas because I don't like upsetting my parents mainly because they are abusive.

What do you consider abusive? It might be worth telling a councilor.

Other then that... how about ask them when they want you to go to bed/get up and leave them alone if you go to bed later or wake up earlier...

10:00-10:30 is a normal time, not that I do it, but that is normal.

As Xell said, if they are really abusing you and it's affecting you, you must go and see a councillor (or the police).

With regards to your post, how about agreeing with them a time and discussing reasons for this time so they can't complain
