Could someone please explain what these ranks mean? And how do we rank up? As of now I'm a peasant, not quite fitting for a King...

It's like:

1-49 Peasant
50-99 Commoner
100-199 Squire
200-499 Shieldbearer
500-799 Thane
800-1999 Chieftain (these numbers are blue on iOS because I think the phone thinks it's a phone number )
2000-???? Warchief

It's total forum fluff, it doesn't mean anything. You get no special prize for more posts, or less respect for fewer.
