If you scroll down to see who is on forums, it shows that a Bing bot is on and Google bot is on. It's just weird really..

The bots are used by the various search engines to search the forum and help index it on their websites. Basically they look at what's been posted so that they can then show it on their results page when someone searches for something.

They can't post anything, or even do anything bar just visiting the site.
