Cooking geek here....

I use Peter Reinhart's grilled pizza dough recipe (yes, I own TWO cookbooks just for pizza and have one of those fancy pizza paddle thingys).
24 hour prep time on the dough, hand stretched super thin, herbed cornmeal crust over a 600 degree grill for just a hint of char.
Homemade pizza sauce from my home-canned garden Roma tomatoes, fresh basil, thinly sliced red onions, mushrooms, thin slices italian sausage, fresh mozzarella, and a sprinkling of freshly grated parm.

Dinner is at 6:00. Please bring red wine and/or a caesar salad.
