if the buttons jammed i suggest getting earbuds/headphones
then you go to one of your songs in the orange music app
play the song
you can raise the volume through the song thingy
(this is assuming its the button thats jammed)

if this doesnt work then either your sound just doesnt work anymore or your earbuds/headphones dont work
if your sound doesnt work you might need to go to your electronics store to get it fixed

if your earbuds are broken then get a new pair

if youre not sure which one it is, try the music app thingy first
if that doesnt work buy new earbuds/headphones
if they dont work that means your sound system is broken and youve got to get it fixed or get a new ipod

if youre using an iphone get someone with an iphones help lol

first time i didnt read the whole thing xD

my answer: go to the store and ask a guy that works there; make sure he actually works there <--made this mistake once lol

then use gestures four fingers on the screen and swipe up and on the little bar scroll left and u will séé the brightness and volume bars ~ hope this helped
