Pretty sure he posted this to get some helpful tips...
Firstly you need to work on those capital letters.
It's a really good speech, i'm in high school too and i was faced with a similar task and i did pretty well (not to boast or anything but i know what should be good).
You have some really valid points about the prisons but you need to find more to write about (i think, depends on your word limit/minimum).
This already persuaded me A BIT.
Still hate drugs and think they should be illegal and stay that way
