Forgot to mention, I dont recommend going to a restaurant, mostly on Valentine's Day. Its over-crowded and not always that amazing. If ur able to cook then its much better being alone u and her with a romantic dinner made by u.

Cooking sound's good.. We are both very pro-gender-equality so going out wouldn't be too expensive (she insists on paying half), however cooking sounds best! Maybe I'll suck it up and watch The Notebook.. Chocolates are a definite.

Walking along the beach sounds great as well!!

If you live together, buy a stamp and send her a valentines day apple in the post (the day before), and write my poem in it.

You could also try to cook her fav meal and get a bottle of her fav wine to share

OK first of all don't sit around and watch Adult Swim...I'm commenting on someone who said to do that.

Flowers and candy...blah blah blah. Something unexpected is best. If you plan on going out to eat find something other than applebeas...the main hub squares go to. Find a little nook ..maybe a small Italian place..mama Mia. Here you can present a beatliful set of flowers. Talk about her most of the dinner.

After dinner have something even better than dinner planned. Think of the most romantic beautiful place in your town. Take a small stroll through that area. Express how much joy and happiness this person brings you.

Now if your going to see a movie..make sure she wants to see it
Try to find this out before that day. Mushy love stories are a plus but comedies also are not bad.

Also remember to burn a CD for the car ride home. Make sure Al Green "let's stay together" is the first song on the list.

If your 21 have a nice bottle of champagne waiting in a bucket of ice. The transition to the kitchen to the couch will be worth it. Make sure to have on hell of a toast prepared. This will lead you into the infinite abyss of opportunity.
