No it really doesn't, even at the same lvl as the boss or way higher my ss in full dex build with Royal ss ring couldn't lock it. Ss isn't op, just sneaky ss qs combo is.

Ive seen a rogue at lvl 220 do 5.4k ss on snorri 4, no lock, a rogue at lvl 200 doing 2k ss on same snorri 4, outlocked him.

Item, misc- sopdu's heroic touch of sarcasm
Skill- sarcastingly sacred touch
Effect- all mobs in the entire area die immediately from a horrible sarcastic death, and all exp gained is quadripled, and gold recieved is multiplied x50. Boss drops are of highest tier possible and match your class.
Cost. One energy
Cooldown. 20 seconds
Passive effect- when you stand near other players, they constantly dance and dance in your heroic sarcastic presence. This disables them from moving or attacking mobs in the area as well. 50 yard radius.

Effect time- 0:02-1:48 (shortest and longest duels I have ever done)
result, you die because everyone around my lvl knows I am literally, the best at pvp. aside from katadromi, he is probs the only person 100-130 that can beat me.

another result is everyone in castle calling you a nub L2play!!!1! and tht causes a permanent debuff where you will never be able to win a duel again. only way to get rid of the debuff is make a new acc because it spreads to your characters.
