I just started playing a few days ago, so I'm still getting the hang of it. I'm wondering before I go any further with it, is paying real life money the only way to get these awesome apples with powerful combos?

Nahh just do quests and save your coins for the first part black mountain expansion. It only cost 700 coins and the legendary is worth it, Emporer thaursian(able to lower mana cost by one at end of your turn so you can play more apples in the next round)

switched to warlock now. I like the hellfire as it is low cost and 3 dmg is pretty good.

I just had a game where I lost because this mage got the best unstable portals I have ever seen in 1 game. The first one was Dr. Boom and the second one was Mal Ganis. I cry everytime.

Oh my lord 2 of my siblings play this all the darn time! They even took my HDMI wire that I use for movies to watch on the big screen. I have no idea what it's about.
