Re: Do you think the U.S.A. needs stricter gun laws?

Back ground checks are already done. The gunshop calls the friggin FBI and asks if you're a criminal. If not, you can buy the gun.

thats not even close to enough. there should mbe mandatory training and at the very least, annual checks in mental health and use as well.
also, think of it this way. per capita there are as many guns in canada as in the states. however, the gun related death rate in the states is wayyyy higher per capita

First off, if you don't live in the USA/ are not a citizen, then STFU! Your opinion dont count for crap. Second, my right(rights are not given, we are born with em) to keep and bear arms is guaranteed by the Constitution. Third, gun laws do not work, just look at the major cities with gun bans, Chicago, New York, D.C. These places have some of the highest crime rates in the country. Criminals do not follow the law! Look at countries who have banned guns (not so Great Britain), did violent crime go down? No, it didnt. You show up to my house to try to take my guns and you better bring an army...

looking within america doesn't really suffice. those areas have higher crime because access to illegal guns is very common and skews the result. compare the us to other countries and you have your answer. of developed countries, the united states has the highest per capita gun related deaths INCLUDING accidental ones

i dont think USA need stricter gun laws.
besides if someone wanted to kill someone they would still use a knife...
or create home made explosives which would be even worse...

even if they enforced stricter gun laws people would still be gettin killed.

Libertarians are devoted to staying entitled to the constitution, which really confuses me, because dersu is a libertarian. Derp isn't a god, he's just spot on on everything that's in my mind.
