I think he meant when Adam and Eve were turfed out of the garden of EdenSorry, what is the fall?
Re: A Discussion About Religion: The [Threequel]
#602Aggra are you trying to call homosexuality an addiction? The love between a man and a man is equal to the love between a man and a women. Aggra I know you deny being part of the west boro baptist church but how many soldier funerals have you protested? How many gay pride marches have you ruined? If the answer is over 0 for either then ya, west boro baptist.

#603Ok I wanted to say more on this but it seems you guys want to move on. So here is the short version. Vrealen, you took those verses out of context.
As for your question about why things can mutate if God create everything so that it was good, well, yes it was partly the fall. But why couldn't something be perfect and not be able to adapt to certain things? For instance, dogs. If you crossbreed thousands of different of kinds of dogs, you would have a strange looking dog, but you will never get a cat. All kinds(species) do not produce a different kind(species).

Re: A Discussion About Religion: The [Threequel]
#605Also aggra, are you one of those un aware close minded liberalists? The kind who believe their religion is true despite all evidence? Did you know christianity takes the story of jesus from many other religions? Did you know christianity is by far one of the easiest dis provable religions out there? And did you know homosexuality is considered to be *gasp* completely normal, it has been going on in lots of species for millions of years, (yes the world is older than 6000 years ago *2nd gasp*) but humans are the only species to be homophobic? And homophobia hasnt been around for a while, in Ancient Greek times one of the rules Claudius was considered strange, because he was heterosexual, as opposed to bisexual, which was the norm, ergo I have to conclude your opinion of homosexuals is in fact imposed on you by others which I can extend to understand your religion is based on outside impositions. In other words, you aren't christian, the part of you that wants to fit in is, the peer pressure phenomenon is the part of you that is christian, nothing more.

#606Your sexuality is as much a part of you as your gender, calling it something that can be helped is stupid, its like saying I can help you for being a male, its dumb. His point might have been(i cnt speak for him, his opinion is his) that just because something is controlled by the brain(or whatever you guys were talking about) doesnt mean its a) right or b) unhelpable.Aggra are you trying to call homosexuality an addiction? #608They do if you change them at a DNA level in certain ways, like evolution.Ok I wanted to say more on this but it seems you guys want to move on. So here is the short version. Vrealen, you took those verses out of context.

#609Lol you guys are so funny. Cats would never evolve from dogs if you use evolutionary principles.Ok I wanted to say more on this but it seems you guys want to move on. So here is the short version. Vrealen, you took those verses out of context.

You could eventually get two dog breeds that would be so different they could no longer interbreed. Then they would be considered seperate species essentially. Keep going and they could wind up more different than a fox and a wolf which are separate species.
Try actually learning about evolution before you try and make an argument you just look silly when you say that stuff.
