This guy knows what he's doing he kept them walkers for ring fights, to scare people for torturing. He definitely did something to cause the virus. If not Carol will team up with the Governor and kill for fun saying, "U don't have to like it just accept it" lol kidding.

Good theory, maybe Rick made his deal at the table with Governor. The first deal was to hand over Michonne to him so u never know. "Just don't hurt Carl or lil baby" I think the Governor will want Ricks baby idk y I think maybe to replace the daughter he lost? I think she will go missing (I can be way off here) lol.
