I believe that moved posts do however: posts that have been moved to the mod-only portion of the forum rather than deleted (they still exist (in an inaccessible area) and thus count; if they’d been deleted, they wouldn’t and wouldn’t).

Ya, I actually made the thread to test it. I deleted my post and saw it didn't count then I was going to post my findings but I got interrupted and never got back to it until now.
