Heroes Age Online Questions

Feel free to move to where ever, if not in right place but not sure where else to put this.
#1- Do warden discs drop from 3 and 4"s (maybe just 4*s) warden boss placeholders like they do in normal version?
#2- The mobs will just die and change to different *s. for example was about to kill charfire placeholder, about to attempt to kill it then it changed into charfire, and basically insta killed me. is this because there isnt many players playing and the mob will change if nobody has touched it or able to kill it for x amount of time? or a bug that will be fixed? (maybe with upcoming update?)
#3-I feel like leveling abilities is so slow, are the ability rates different than in celtic heroes?
