Does the appeals email still work? Or even the support email? I’ve heard so many rumors that otm doesnt exist being the VR is focusing on the heroes age version. Would it be worth a shot to email the appeals email or is that pretty much dead?

Appeals still works. The email is One Thumb Mobile, but VR will answer it. Please be patient though because their capabilities have been decreased temporary due to Coronavirus.

Any traded/sold/gifted accounts that have been banned are unlikely to be unbanned (regardless of whether you got it from a family member, real life friend, or random shady person on the internet). You can try submitting an appeal to [email protected], but I wouldn’t get my hopes up if I were you.
