guys i feel like a noob but still: how can i create a new apple ID(on iphone4)?

If you want to create a free apple ID then you go on to the app store, find a free app, and download it. It will ask you whether you want to use an exisiting apple ID or create a new one, so tap on create a new one. Fill in all the details and at the payment section there'll be a box that says none.
If you want to create an apple ID with your credit apple or whatever just go down on the featured page, tap sign in and create a new apple ID with all your details.
But remember, if you want to create a free one, you need to do it by downloading a free app.
