ok we have almost a bet going on in my world to who will be the first one to get the black party hat we have both lost to... A NOOB...i dont know how but he killed a single black hat and got it first kill!!!.. i have over 500 black hat kills why? just why?

U got bad luck and hè got à lot of luck. The drops are just random, almost all of THE time u get cakes bit somethimes , if you are really lucky u Will find one.
I had à black party hat as à drop from the second Guy i killed.
But you re right , the 2 other people in arawn with à black party hat that i know bought it from à noob so those noobs got all the luck but they dont realise it.
