Okay, I'll give you a quick guide/Method
Items/Apps needed:
-Photobucket (For iPad)
-Photo resize (Unfortuantly only on iPod touch format, but it still works on iPad).
Guide-
1-First download those apps.
2-Then go to image resize and click on Photo Library
3- Click on the %/px symbol at the bottom menu.
4- Change the width to 90px. And the height should automatically adjust (To do this just type 90 after you have hit the %/px symbol.
5- Save the image then head over to Photobucket app for iPad. (Login or create account)
6- After doing that, go to my albums. Then click the arrow symbol onthe top right corner to upload the image you just resized. (It may look blurry after looking at it in photobucket but in the avatar it looks clear as a diamond)
7- Now, click on the Paper clip looking symbol in the top left corner after selecting the image you have just uploaded.
8- Copy the "direct Link"
9- Head over to the forums and go to user control panel.
10- Click on profile, then go to avatar setting.
11- Paste your copied "Direct Link" from photobucket into the section where it says "Upload from URL".
12- Preview The image make sure it worked, then save if you are satisfied!
