Kinda a weird picture...she isn't smiling or at all trying to look pretty.. But I definately don't at all think she is ugly. And I think if she was smiling or looking at the camera with any sense of self and "this is me!" she would be pretty.
Many many people out there who are legitimately ugly, this girl isn't one of them.

#3High cheekbones, well proportioned features, symetric face, nice hair but simple, very thoughtful eyes, no obvious makup so the picure is pure. Her figure appears to neither be fat nor is she a waif. She has comparable feature to a lot of our current mega movie stars. So there is nothing in the gifts she has been given that would stop her from being absolutely stunning.
However, this photo gives the impression that she is unhappy. Beautiful and sad do not go together. The fact that your friend is asking the question suggests a bit of an identity crisis or a lack of self esteem?

As others have said, it would be much better if she smiled - is she always like that or is it just the picture? If she doesn't normally smile, she definitely needs so confidence and then she's pretty much there!

*speaking from the heart* truthfully everyone is beatiful in their own way, inside and... sometimes out.. jk and out. There is a time and place for everyone. Not always about looking good but is how you act, one is more attractive if you like their personality, rather than looks.

I mean, if I wanted to know what other people think about my looks, I'd be self-conscious and say it's another guy.
