I play a ton of decent RPGs on iOS.
Silver Sword is one of my favorites, it's free, but has a $1.99 compendium of game info, kinda like a guide in the game, you don't need it, but I bought it to just support the guy who made it. I must warn you, it's not a game for everyone. It's a game for me because I am in my early 30's and remember fondly the old school RPG's of Bard's Tale (the Mac game, not the snarky new game on iOS) and it's built in that same 7 people in yer party, a ton of classes to choose from walk around in classic 3D dungeon immersion and try to stay alive. But younger peeps won't like it, it's definately an homage to old schoolers.
ORC:Vengence is a ton of fun, pretty cheap and just a great hack n slash diabloesque RPG type game. Well worth the cheap price and just a total thumbs up.
Ravenmark is fantastic, not RPG but turn based army strategy, but just flawless campaign story lines and really inventive worthwhile fun. I truly dig that game.
Dungeon Village is a cute game where you build a RPG town for little heroes to outfit in and kill things around your settlement. And call me stupid, but dude I really like it. It's super fun, super funny and well worth some mindless hours spent trying to outfit yer guys and gals with the best hometown available.
Dungeon Crawlers is super funny, witty and awesome rpg romp. It's three party members in the exact same personalities as the ghostbusters, as in Murray(Tank), Akroyd(Healer), and Ramis(Mage). Costs a little bit more but it rocks in story and fun.
I know a few more but those are best
Teaweasel 121 Druid (Morrigan, Clan: Avalon,
On Hiatus)
Teaweasel 133 Druid (Arawn, Retired)
Best Build is a 30/30 in Thinking for yerself
