What is shamming another player on forums to you guys

Hey guys i was just wondering what you all think about this, i get that you should not shame another player but allowing people to know who scammers are is not shamming them lol, well this is my option how about you guys?

As of now, I define it as when a user disgraces another player, or players, publicly on the forums.
Generic accounts are not included. For example, a user being shone in a negative light is naming and shaming, whereas a user called 'ServerMod' is not naming and shaming because the real user is hiding behind another generically named account.
As a rule of thumb, if you are going to expose a player in a bad way, then it is naming and shaming. If you name them to shame them; it's all in the phrase.
Don't quote me on this definition in the future as it may change as I see more posts.

imo its not shaming because they are making a shame of themselves

From this rule i thought no calling people names like hey u bob ur a *** to me thats naming and shaming hey bob ur a noob u suck at the game and life gtfo. That's my thinking of naming and shaming not hey look i saw bob running inside a wall. Couple hours later my post changes to hey look * name removed* is running inside a wall.
