My vote is spring of life. Whats sad is that it has already undergone changes since it was originally introduced and its still totally useless.

I would say that dozens of skills would come in as equally useless/terrible.

I consider many skills as "joke skills" because their so bad and you'd be much weaker if you used them over other certain skills. For example frostbite for mages and energy harvest for druids are just 2 of the many examples of what I consider a "joke" skill for their just extremely bad.
