Oh God that guy.. I live in Ohio he was a buffoon! Hes so strongly Democrat its sickening. We need more Libertarians or Independants in this world lol.

Better democrat than republican....
In all honesty american politics are awful no matter which party has power. Socialist democracy is the way to go just look at the Scandinavian countries

I sense a locked topic coming.....
But anyway, you are right in one regard. Choosing a political party is basically like choosing the lesser between two evils. Many politicians take the constitution and try and twist it to mean things it does not mean. Or they do things which the Constitution does not address, but which in the eye of any sensible persons conscience would be considered wrong.
I personally believe that many times, the Republican party is the lesser between those particular two evils. Ronald Reagan would be a good example of an amazing president. But I certainly do not believe that Socialism is the way to go.

Well it depends on your interpretation of socialism. In my experience the swedish/swiss governments are some of the best in the world
