No. Not until they've found one.

They're out there, man! But seriously,I do believe in the possibility. Actually, I think it is probable. We live in a possibly infinite universe full of galaxies and planets. Some planets have even to been found to be capable of sustaining life. Whether they are just as intelligent or more, there are most likely some biological organisms from other worlds out there. UFOs, alien spacecrafts visiting earth, and abductions are a different story. More likely to be hoaxes, but hey, you never know!

I'm an alien, and can confirm we exist.

There is probably aliens but they are probably not intelligent and instead could be like bacteria or cells. I doubt there is an advanced alien civilization out there but it's still possible.

So many planets and galaxies in this universe apart from ours, you can't possibly believe we are alone now can you?

There are definitely aliens out there. There is so much evidence in pictures, video tapes, sightings, how can one say no after viewing? Do you think all these sightings are made up? Look at the ancient civilizations, cave paintings, structures.

I honestly believe that the government is keeping the topic very confidential. They dont want the public going crazy, especially after the Roswell incident.

I have to admit though, the media and the government has done well in labeling people as "thruthers" or "conspiracy theorists" to ridicule the people who are on to something.
