Anyone have any phobia's and if so how do you deal with it?

I'm deathly afraid of mice... In fact one was found where my family lives in their house. Never having them before in 25yrs.. I don't even feel comfortable visiting..

They always seem to fly towards your face and then you get like tons of them clumped in balls that explode and fly away eugh

Definitely wasps... I've been stung a couple times, once on my hand. It swelled up so big I could barely flex it, making playing my drum set next to impossible

when i was in preeschool i aas deathly afraid of turtles idek why. i hate wasps, bees are fine as they dont hurt. the main thing is heights, im fine with going on the drop zone cause im strapped in, but standing even 10 yards high gets me light headed.
