Yup but im otherwise garbage at basketball

6'5
190 lbs
Vertical no clue whatever it takes for me to dunk i guess lol.

Literaly dunking is the only thing i can do and its useless when youre as bad as me

Damn 6'5 im like 5'10 and can touch the rim.

Only 5'11. 205 lbs. Can't dunk. Not a basketball player. Can get over the rim some but not enough to dunk. Brother could, 6'1 180 lbs. Not sure about now since he started going to the gym and gaining more mass.

yeah i recently changed from jumping on 1 leg to using both so its kinda hard rn but i can touch the rim still and im 155lbs

Ever tried ankle weights or a weight best? Playing around while wearing them can help. You get so use to having that extra weight when you finally get to wear you take them off, feels like you are lighter than air.

i have ankle weights but i never use them i think im gonna do plyometric, and start doing like 10 minutes of jump rope with them on. I have recently started squatting and doing leg workouts.
