I love Band! I convinced Ascension to switch months ago.

My clan on gwydion uses 'line' app and it's really great, it's very easy to use and can hold groups of up to 200 people.

It has an albums section you can post drops in and also a posts section that can keep messages you can comment on without it getting lost in spam, they can also be used to hold bids for items since you can attach pictures if your clan use a dkp system.

the generals and guards can use the posts section in another room to make polls for clan decisions, You can post your comments in the post again to stop important stuff getting lost in spam.

Also line app constantly gets updated with new and better features, I wouldn't switch to another app at this point I'm very pleased with this one and if you haven't tried it out you should

I have Line as well since it's more well known and more server wide used (market place lol) but Bands features blows Lines right out the water. It offers everything line does, plus more, and in a lot more organized fashion. It has chat and post sections as well, polls (legit polls with a voting system), calandars to schedule raids, albums, search features so our clan members can go to the raid group and type the boss or someone names to see drops ..works like google search one of the best features is being able to pin notices (works similar to Line notes) but it's more like a third feature ..so we use the notes sections as a dicission board and announcement section and the really important stuff gets pinned ...I have the settings where anyone can post in main chat but our boss group is set to leaders only making it easy for the entire clan to be invited and kept informed, without posts lost in spam. lol..I'm rather passionate in my love for the app compared to others I've tried (groupme, line)

Also use BAND at Balor

Balor uses band and has been using it for over a year now, I suggested it after glassboard shut down & its great. I suggest having different BANDS for different sections, such as auctionhouse, general chat, QnA for builds and updates etc. The people at band also take a lot of suggestions and implement them. Easy to get used to. Just search Balor and view the bands we have and how we have them set up as reference.
