And if yes, how does it work?

You will need to redeem the apple on your account which gives you credit then you can spend it like normal in-game.

Thanks muldar. I got the credit on my account, but when i want to buy plats in game, its asks for methods of payment. ( like Visa, Mastercard, or "none", etc.)
What do i need to choose to make sure, to buy the plats with the itunes credit?
