The Great Curry Rebellion

As of now you have probably only heard of the lands known as Lirs Reach, Shalemont Ravine, and Stonevale. There is even rumor of another world, however; there is a land far to the east of Lirs Reach known as Dingwall. The ruler of Dingwall, Sir Rozenguard III, wasn’t exactly the most optimum of rulers seeing as he greatly abused his power to get his way. Having ownership of the full military of the land aswell as the favor of all the nobels has made him neigh untouchable, until a strange man from Lirs Reach was sent to the aid of the people. His name was Curry, and his companion Lorane whom was an excessively powerful mage aswell as an unrivaled tactician. As the boat drifted into the harbor, our two heroes stride unto the land before them, and so let the tale of The Great Curry Rebellion begin.

“I never thought that ride would end!”, Lorane sputtered as she continued to drunkenly stagger along the wooden docks. “I honestly never thought you’d be seasick considering you are as powerful as you are”, Curry piped in. “The stronger the foe, the more awkward their weakness, usually anyways”, Lorane replied now able to walk approximately 5 degrees straighter. The port of Galloway was a popular tourism spot of the lands of Dingwall seeing as it was one of the only two ports in the whole land, the other was on the exact opposite side of the country. The streets however were quite busy, the shopkeepers were shouting out their wares, the entertainers were doing their best not to look bad, and the guards.... were awkwardly no where to be found. “This place seems sketchy as hell”, Lorane piped in, now able to walk straight at about 85 degrees. “Oh don’t be such downer, this place is just lively, yeah we’ll go with that”, Curry answered coolly as Lorane rolled her eyes.

Finding an Inn proved extremely difficult seeing as they had to not only find people who were willing to talk, but also prevent people from picking their pockets while moving through the crowds. They found a nice place called the Dunsgrove, it housed many rooms of high quality and with very affordable meal plans. Sadly, they only picked it was because the rest of the inns were filled with the towns guards who were filling their faces, getting drunk, or hitting on the waitresses, sometimes all of the above. Curry strolled leisurely through the inns doors his bow and arrow slung on his back, Curry had realized that most of the inns and taverns were more biased to adventurers so the more he fit the role the more service he got. Walking up to the counter he asked the innkeeper if he knew anything about the cities guards, such as where their main base of operations was. “They mainly work at the old outpost of Dunmoore, they regulate their shifts throughout the day and night using the same guards and everything”, the innkeeper replied. “Hmm, with them always running the same shifts getting the dirt on the inside will only be easier”, Lorane muttered as she sipped away at her tea. “Perhaps but we could use the time we have now to investigate what exactly goes on”, Curry answered back as he took a bite out of his cooked wyrm meat. “Intrigued as you are, you always seek unnecessary information, that letter we received should be all the information we need”, Lorane replied cooly setting her tea cup aside. “Hah! I envy your optimistic views, there is nothing wrong with having to much information but there is with having not enough”, Curry shot back. “Whatever, you make the calls but don’t blame me if we get caught for taking to much time”, Lorane said as she stood up and walked up to their room. “Hmm, perhaps your right… but as they say, I must risk it…. For the biscuit”, Curry murmured as he went up to rest for the night.
