OTM email reply time?
#1Just wondering how long they take nowadays, i havent had to email them since 2011/2012 and idk if they have changed from their 3 week times...

#3They responded to me quickly, a day or two after I submitted a request. Couldn't solve my issue but it was out of their control. Response was surprisingly fast. -this was almost 2 months ago.

#4We aim to reply within the week but there can be delays based upon work load etc
