I just saw a man take money from an old beggars bowl...what do I do?!

Abit late now, but in future I would either all the police and give a description of the scene or confront the man and convince him to hand back the money without the need for violence

I would roundhouse kick him in the arse then right when he thinks I'm done I shove him into a wall and put a slippery bar of soap into his hands

Calling the cops would be a bit to much, I would just catch up to him, and tell him to put the *** money back or I'm calling the cops (to scare him).

I would just go beat up the thief using a sneaky attack , take the gold he stole, cast hide and run off !
