I saw that some players have sledge on which they quickly move. How to get such sledge to me

it was available in shop during christmas and a long time after.
the faster you want them the more money you needed to pay.
The fastest was 60% additional speed. this does not stack with heroic boots.

So nevertheless as them to receive now?

The sled is no longer for sale as it was a winter item and it's now summer.

But you can always buy or trade for a sled from another player if you like, I'm sure a lot of players would be willing to sell theirs.
