Im new to the ranger class. I have alot of experience with rogues and mages. I always liked the dps build on my rogue. I dont know if you have to build it differently, since its a different class. If it is possible could u give me a 3:2 ratio, or something telling me how many points to put into a stat ea. lvl. Secondly, what skills should i max first? I know bolas, light heal, and sharp shot are a major factor to rangers.

sharp is only good til a certain point an that point is even closer wit a dps build (not dex) but rapid shot is highly important, you dont need it past 10-15 but some prefer lower

Why is ss(sharp shot) not needed after a while? Cause it hits just like a regular shot? And what skills should i get?

Rapid shot's time increasing by very little, and the energy cost goes up significantly. A solo build with bolas would be more likely to have rapid at a lower level so they can move around more and stuff. On boss runs I like to just keep using rapid
