I can agree that its not the end of the world using spear, however, just getting into range of a golems boulder toss, landslide and quake, obliterates the only advantage rangers have.......these skills do not hit me on any normal (bow fighting) occasion.

This also means i do not need the vit you woUld have to wield to solo with spear.

I heal 900 with my rings , and can kite tank any boss.

So who is supporting the grp more? Me or u?

The temporary constructs of a feeble human intellect trying desperately to justify a weapon that is without logic or purpose. And all of them as illogical as the weapon itself.  Although, only a illogical mind could use something as pointless as a spear. You must be able to see it, Dalmad. You must know it by now. You can't win. It's pointless to keep using. Why, Dalmad, Why? Why do you persist using a spear?

That was the first logical claim a spear using ranger has made!

Its the ones claiming they are better at anything thats getting me. If u use because you choose then by all means. I got into this debate because i do not feel a ranger only bracelet validates having +250 spear skill on it, lol.

My spear ranger is lvl 82 and has been leveling in OW, so far no isssues. I finished my diamond quest yesterday so I will be getting diamond gear here shortly. I think if OTM allows all of our ranger skills to work with spears or knucks more people will see melee rangers more of a viable build. I dont care what the peanut gallery has to say about spear rangers, because I actually play one and it works. I'll keep posting how it goes as I level up , and I'll post either way if its good or bad. From what people tell me my ranger is in the "Mid-level" range right now, so once my ranger is considered "high" level I'll see how he does against these OW *5's.
