Celtic Heroes

So some people say a full dex ranger is the best and some say it is a hybrid. I am relatively new to ranger being only a lvl 81. ATM i have 120/131 str, 150/236/ dex 10/21 focus and 150/151 vit. I have a golden quiver of fire and a heroic ammy. i also have only lack the bp of warden (no met). I would like to know if i should switch to a full dex ranger if so what should i put my points into skill wise. And if i remain a hybrid what skills should i use?

Bolas, sharp shot, barbed shot, rapid shot and light heal. I have not yet tried any new skills as I like my own way I'm playing with the original skills atm. Barbed shot is alot better now also because the duration is alot longer:

The skills that i use may not be the best skills for a hybrid ranger but here they are : Bolas, longshot, rapid shot, light heal, conceal(i keep changing this to double shot, only max it when im exploring) and frostknight u HAVE to get longshot and max it if ur truly a full dex build! It sometimes hits 1k for me even on hybrid build.

Meh I don't need long shot. I use all my original skills. Im not literally FULL dex btw. I have 150 str.
