so I am lvl 171 now. I have 520str, 410dex (currently upping this each lvl), 50foc, 210,hp.

I am still wearing full frozen gear due to the full set bonuses. now I don't have all the armur I want yet but I can currently get dragon gloves BUT I don't use sharpshot anymore which it gives you +5 of.

skill I use:
longshot (29/35 - currently increasing with each lvl)
sharpen (25/35)
steady aim (35/35)
bolas (30/35 - but 35/35 bc of aggy brace covers up to 180 mobs).
rapid (22/35)
light heal (35/35) = 40/35 with aggy brace

I still don't have ancients bone BP yet. but I was thinking of wearing these armours to make up for the loss of frozen bonuses.
Anceint bone legs, ancient bone bp, bloodlust helm, dragon gloves, and not sure which boots. maybe find something that adds energy.

questions:
should I drop one of those skills and pt in sharpshot? I like going stronger auto shots so once I up dex a bit more im going to go back to upping str.
should I even bother getting dragon gloves or wait and hold my eggs (our world cant do the upper bosses just yet so it can be awhile before I get idols fr legs).
what would be the best boots to wear then?

I also now have 3 eggs. just got the 3rd today. but only one urn and no idols. trying to hold out to get boots for the steady aim plus, then get gloves. but now im just farming for grand shards to get the ancient bp then play arund with the armour and see which is best. except these grand shards take forever to drop.

I do up to 500 damage with my sharpshot normally... But it all depends if you got a dex build or not to see how powerful it will be.

ok so what planet are you on exactly? sharpshot is beast im dex build im 110 and my highest hit with sharpshot on a mob 12 levels above is 854, sharpshot is awesome now pre update i wouldnt be able to even go that high on a guy that lvl and yes take away one of those skills and use sharp shot

So i tested sharp shot vs double shot and imo double shot is better than sharp. My sharp shot was at 40/35 and in the skill page it says it can pull up to 2.1k dmg. The highest that it hit was 1.2k and the lowest it hit was a 600... Even worse was that its so inconsistent. I was averaging 800s with sharp shot which is basically an auto atk with energy cost. My double shot never hits below 1k when training and when i was testing it in comparison to sharp it didnt hit below 1.3k dmg. Both cooldowns are pretty short with sharp shots cooldown being slightly faster than double shots. So overall, i would rather take double shot instead of sharp shot.
I run a hybrid build which is:
Str 300(480)
Dex 300(480)
Focus 10
Vit 295
I can get up to 4.2k atk with 1.8k dmg with just steady aim on. I have dragon legs, gloves, boots, greater es bp, the freezing helm of the champion, freezing quiver of the wild, talisman of the stars, 2 str barbed shot agg braces, 2 imperial dmg rings, and the movement and haste rings from the lux shop. lol...im full dex build and im supposed to do like 2k damage with this (level 130) and normally i do 1k damage (about) on the boggans i level on....SHARP SHOT IS STILL EPIC...i have sharp lightheal bolas and longshot maxed or more ._.

if i was u i'd switch to dex build....dps rangers kinda suck in update now....
