Rings are enrgy ring 5 tick. Grand fabled royal light heal. Major 15 vit dex stre and 10 dex vit stre wyvren brace. Full frozen. Golden quiver. Heroic ammy.

I would suggest more vit myself. Otherwise I see no problem with your build.

Trust me, skill spamming is what a dex ranger does, and they are good at it.

Lets see i think i was 138 at the time so go +10 138x5 +15 and thats how much dex i had.
