What works for killing rogues.

Works for me. Keeps me back on top with mages and stuff. I ditched bolas since it was not worth it.

Light heal
Rapid
Sharpened weapons
Steady at 26

Not with that damage, you know the only successful one to kill rogues on our world is me.
Frozen works best the more buffs the better, you also need to have a good amount of health, i have 3000. With my damage i can kill any rogue in our world that is 172 under. Though PVP really doesnt matter, its just fun
