I'm starting spear ranger what items eg offhands weapons and armour shall i use for lvling bossing. Also what sort of build shall i go for ? Please help me

depends on ur lvl ... if ur 110+ use aggy spear (if u can get if not use some other spear) and use a lvl 100 axe with talisman try to get aggy braces ._. but if not get lux braces and skills should be double attack light heal entangle bolas and rapid ...not sure bout build but i THINK its something like 150 str 250 ish vit 10 focus and rest dex? (not 100% sure on build)

My build I run at 156

Str: 250
Dex: 345
Foc: 10
Vit: something around 400 vit

Full frozen
2 royal firefang rings
Hunters bracelet of strength
Bracelet of Spirits
Amulet of Annihilation
1 Royal Ring of Sharpen Weapons
Hopefully soon 2 godly sunfire health rings
