I am a level 137 ranger and i am looking to get a strong auto attak build i am currently using a str build but am only hitting 300-400 on mobs my lvl any advice is strongly apreciated

You will get alot more damage in your autos by going hybrid build. set str to the diminishing point(300), some in vit and rest in dex. make sure to max steady aim and sharpen weapons and u will have great autos as well as a nice heal (hint max light heal)

Another question do you have any suggestions on gear atm i have full frozen plus wep, heroic ammy, freezing quiver, +4 light heal + 3 double royal rapid and a ring from obelisk........Oh and would u suggest freezing quiver or attack speed boost quiver ( forget name )

Quiver of Air? Don't bother with that until you hit level 150. The one from 100 lux only boosts attack speed by 20%, so not really worth it.

Isnt hybrid like 100 str 200-300 vit and rest dex???

some prefer hitting the plateau with str like rogues (including bonuses), doing the exact amount of vit they need and then just dex
