Since there are many posts about rangers being "under powered" or "weak," should I quit my ranger?

Pays off in the end, but if u want power now id switch class. Patience is a vertue and to be a ranger u need lots of patience.(and plat or gold to lots of them). But well worth it in the end imho, up to u though.

It is up to you. If you like, try out a few different classes and see which class you like best. For me, I prefer rangers still, but rogue comes as a close second- im a dps at heart which is why I don't overly like playing (for example) as a druid but I do occasionally explore that path. Whatever you like, pick it and stick with it- it takes dedication and time to level.

They say that it is worth it in the end but I dunno....Something always brings me back to my ranger. I do not know what. But it is sure that I probobly do not want to waste all that time on something (difficult) and then go to something else, also to be left behind.

I love rangers, takes time and patience, but ive been an archer or ranger in every medival mmo type game ive played and im not stopping now
