im a lvl 106 rogue and i am dropping sneaky for either rend, life steal or smoke bomb. i already max shadow, riposte and fast reflexes.and have a few points in smoke bomb plz give reason. thx in advance

Regardless, ill answer your question anyway. Replace sneaky with life steal. It helps heaps to keep your rogue alive and fighting. A dead rogue gives 0 dps.

I got a 110 rogue and the skills im using are shadow, sneaky, life steal, fast reflexes but im gonna dump life steal since i use health regen lixes and i got my ranger hhealing outside

I would drop sneaky for quick strike as it is a great DPS skill and does help when levelling or killing bosses. Of the skills you have listed however, I would put the points into life steal if you have difficulty soloing.

Nah, its just some of us have rogue alts (or switched, but the mains would prolly answer you in rogue forums). We don't mind helping peeps out.

Personally, I use sneaky (max), quck strike (max), shadowstrike (max), riposte (30/40), and double attack (37/40, goes up to 190)
