Every time i use a Haste or Combo Elixir i never use Longshot, Double Shot or Rapid. I fell that these skills will only slow me down.
As a 124 Ranger with 841 dmg (I have no Bonus Sets on so this is all legit dmg, no divine dmg) i worry if they are really worth it.
Should i spend those skill points in other things? Sharp Weap? Steady? Or even Sharp?
I know Longshot, rapid and dbl shot are great when not using haste, but as a leveling build should i include them?

Take away rapid and use sharpen weapons. It is BOSS damage. I'm going good with 866 damage at lvl 130. 930 with grand sharpen ring and sharpen at 24/30.

I haven't tested out steady since switching to sharpen, but steady does add both dmg and attack. Im not sure if they improved steady any but when I was your level (in v3 though), dex build steady gave me about 34 dmg and 400+ attack.

I always level my ranger on haste, and using both steady & sharpen together is a beastly combo. You can certainly notice the difference when using those two together. At level 150 my damage goes down about 200-300 per hit (on mobs) when buffs run out, and i miss way more often.

Im lvl 150 ranger when leveling i max sharpen weapons, steady aim, rapid shot,then i got some points doubleshot and light heal

Im strength build atm, and my steady aDds about 500+ attack (35/30, roy steady ring ). Adds about 100-150 dmg, not really bothered about damage
