Ok i am a lvl 85 ranger and not sure if I should use barbed shot right now it's 20/20 with rings it is 21-23/20 should I use it or should I put all those points into steady aim? I do not have double shot atm...

Definetly put those points in steady aim. Barbed shot just isn't worth it dps wise. Btw, steady is great for str and dex builds.
